We provide a backup for your payroll!

Knowing the phone number or the email of your payroll provider is one thing, but knowing they will respond fast and efficiently is another. When you need us, we’ll be there! We can and will strive to assist in ever way possible.

We put your needs first! When you go on annual leave, if your staff fall sick, or take time off, we can assist and place someone in your office temporally to help organise any payroll issues.

We’re there when you need us! Our hours are 9am to 5pm, but if you need help, we will provide you with an out of hour’s phone number (8 am to 8 pm). We promise to stay in constant contact. Every week/month we will talk to ensure there are no unexpected problems, and if there are, well then we just deal with them with out any song and dance!

You can contract us by, E-Mail this will go directly to out phones and laptops, thus ensuring we won’t delay in responding.  You will be provided with both our regular phone line and also our after hours mobile number. You can fax us details or questions which will be redirected to our email, so will always be able to access them. You can call into the office or request us to call out to you and we can talk in person.

We work our schedule to accommodate yours, while are normal opening hours are 9am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, we can and will be only to happy to arrange to meet you outside of those hours if they do not suit. We will call to you, or you can come to us.

If there’s a problem we will develop a solution. There's never a problem as bad as one that is left to fester. If you have a problem we will always invite you to share it. Together we can work on finding a solution, (even if it’s not payroll related). We may not be able to provide an answer, but we will certainly try to ensure that we can point you in the right direction.
